Went grocery shopping. Bought veggies, salad junk, and lightly salted rice cakes. Ate late breakfast, nearly at noon.
Breakfast:
A few slices of Watermelon, romaine, spinach, tomato, green olive, artichoke, cucumber, pickle salad w/ lemon juice.
Snack: 2 aldi beef jerky
